Pulp therapy, sometimes called a “baby root canal,” helps save a baby tooth when a deep cavity affects the soft tissue inside the tooth, which contains its nerves and blood supply. Depending on how healthy the tissue is, treatment may involve protecting the remaining tissue or removing the affected portion. Our goal is to relieve discomfort, prevent infection, and preserve your child’s baby tooth whenever possible.
